What Approvals is for
Approvals routes high-impact actions through a human review before anything changes. It is review-only: nothing is executed until a person approves it.
How routing works
When an agent or a process proposes an action that needs consent, it appears here with the reasoning attached. The reviewer sees what would change and why before deciding.
Approve or reject
- Open the pending item and read the proposal and its reasoning.
- Record a decision against the proposal.
- Follow up on the outcome in the relevant surface.
Note. Approvals never auto-execute. If a step is missing, the proposal stays pending until a reviewer acts.
